Hakeem Subair has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Currently, he holds the position of Chair of the Board of Trustees at Woven Impact Network. Hakeem is responsible for leading initiatives that empower individuals to make a positive impact in their communities.
He is a Cambridge University/HP EdTech Fellow, holds a master’s in Management Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Queen’s University, with a Certificate in Social Impact. His academic journey includes a B.Com from the University of Windsor and a B.Finance from the University of Ilorin.
As the co-founder of 1 Million Teachers for over seven years, he applies business principles to address global challenges.
Olasubomi Sofowora is a transformational leader with 20 years of experience in brand communications, strategic marketing, and sustainable development. She is the founder of Woven Impact Network, a nonprofit organization that empowers grassroots micro-business women through initiatives like the Women WIN program, focused on building economic resilience and entrepreneurial skills.
A passionate advocate for social change, Subomi has held impactful roles with organizations such as 1 Million Teachers, Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc, and the Muhammad Sanusi II SDG Initiative, where she helped empower thousands of educators. She currently consults with the African Women’s Alliance of Waterloo Region and leads Coresense, a strategy and communications firm.
Subomi holds degrees in Agricultural Economics and Business Administration, with additional training from the University of Cambridge and Queen’s University. She also serves as a mentor, facilitator, and board member for several organizations advancing women’s empowerment and community development.
Naomi Nwokolo is a dual-licensed attorney (Nigeria and U.S.) and the CEO and Executive Director of the United Nations Global Compact Network Nigeria, where she leads over 170 companies in aligning their strategies with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). With over 14 years of global experience across 40+ countries, her work spans legal practice, ESG strategy, and sustainable development.
She has led flagship initiatives on human rights due diligence, corporate gender equality, science-based targets, and living wages. Her expertise includes cross-border legal frameworks, governance reform, climate-smart programming, and ESG compliance for African SMEs.
She serves on the UN Global Network Council and the Advisory Board of the Prince Sultan University Climate Sustainability Center in Saudi Arabia. Recognized among Nigeria’s Top 100 Environmental Practitioners and Top 50 African Women in International Development, she is committed to using business as a force for justice, climate resilience, and inclusive prosperity.
Osifeso Olanrewaju is a seasoned Agriculturist with a strong commitment to driving Private Sector Development. His rapid adaptability is a result of a rich and diverse background in Finance, Agribusiness, and the Technology sectors.
In addition to his role as a versatile team player, Olanrewaju Osifeso serves as the Managing Director of GreenHills Cassava Farmstead Nig. Ltd. Before delving into agriculture, Lanre embarked on a journey in Petroleum trading, marking the inception of his entrepreneurial career. He previously held the position of Managing Director and CEO at San Jose (cashew & cassava Farms) Nig Ltd, where he amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience before venturing out to establish his own agricultural enterprise. His unwavering motivation is driven by a desire to empower and promote agriculture, particularly among the youth of the nation. He takes pride in his impeccable work ethics and resourcefulness.
Olanrewaju Osifeso’s relentless pursuit of success has propelled him to continuously strive for his goals and aspirations, bolstering his expertise. He is currently engaged in providing advisory and consulting services to a multinational company in Nigeria, assisting them in enhancing their outbound supply chain infrastructure. His academic background includes graduating with distinction in Mathematics & Statistics from the University of Lagos, and he is currently pursuing certifications in plant sciences from the Volcani Institute, Israel. With over a decade of experience as a sharp-witted entrepreneur, Olanrewaju Osifeso is a valuable asset in the field of agriculture.
Dipo Sofowora is a highly accomplished data professional known for his ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. With a Master of Science in Data Science from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a background in Statistics, Dipo currently serves as a Senior Insight Analyst at Cambridgeshire County Council, where he uses his expertise to benefit the community. Prior to this, he was a Lead Data Analyst at Veolia UK and has also contributed to organisations like Ikeja Electric and the Ogun State Government as a consultant.
Beyond his impressive corporate career, Dipo is also an entrepreneur and leader. He holds a directorship at Bankfields ICL and is the visionary founder of Tra-Vu, showcasing his commitment to innovation and broader impact across various sectors.
